The Sponsor and Big Three Contracting have over 25 combined years of real state development, planning, reconstruction, and management, primarily in the Westchester, New York area.  Their accomplishments include the construction and rehabilitation of single family housing, mixed use commercial development and artist loft residential housing.

With regard to the inspiration of MILLBROOK LOFTS CONDOMINIUM, the Sponsors' mission statement is: 

"MILLBROOK LOFTS has been designed to preserve the architectural history of the former BENNETT COLLEGE CAMPUS while re-establishing a new and desirable use that fills a need for the VILLAGE residents."

Our mission statement continued with the progress of re-using the existing structure while enhancing the "wow" appeal within each residential Unit.  "The new residential use is found to be a very special, a very different, condominium that is reflective of the past and enhanced with todays lifestyle, energy efficiency and affordable, simple living."
